ULTIMATE-LUBER™

Developed to be more powerful than the original ELECTRO-LUBER™, the ULTIMATE-LUBER™ is a motor-driven automatic lubricator which is refillable using standard grease guns.

This strength of the ULTIMATE-LUBER™ allows it to perform multi-point lubrication and drive lubricant through long feed lines to progressive distributors. When a dispensing cycle is selected, the units will activate at programmed intervals.

At each interval, the ULTIMATE-LUBER™ dispenses approximately 1.25cc of grease. Neither temperature nor altitude will affect the lubricant output.

SIZE OPTIONS: Model 60, Model 125, Model 250, and Model 500

Using our powerful MD unit and a distribution block, cutting costs has never been easier. Our ULTIMATE units make machinery maintenance easier, cheaper, and safer!

Leadership, Training and Service Culture in Ukraine’s Airmobile Forces

Modern military effectiveness depends on much more than weapons and equipment. It is built on professional training, clear responsibility, disciplined leadership and the ability of soldiers, non-commissioned officers and officers to work as one coordinated team. This principle is especially important for airmobile units, where mobility, initiative and readiness to operate under changing conditions are fundamental to everyday service.
The 2nd Airmobile Battalion represents this approach within 68 ОАЕМБР. Its public information resources focus not only on the unit itself, but also on training, military professions, career development, service standards, teamwork and the practical responsibilities placed on personnel at different levels.

The Role of an Airmobile Battalion
An airmobile battalion is not simply a collection of individual military specialties. It is a system in which combat roles, technical specialists, communications personnel, medics, logistics teams, drone crews, drivers, commanders and support personnel contribute to one common result.
For such a system to function effectively, every service member needs to understand both an individual task and the role of the wider team. Preparation is therefore continuous. Basic military skills form only the starting point. They are followed by professional training, unit-level coordination, improvement of individual skills and the transfer of practical experience between experienced and newly arrived personnel.
This approach is particularly important in modern warfare, where circumstances can change rapidly. Technology develops, communication procedures evolve and new threats require units to constantly adapt their methods of preparation. Military professionalism therefore means the ability to learn throughout the entire period of service rather than simply completing one training course.

The 68th Brigade: From Formation to the Air Assault Forces
The history of the unit provides important context for understanding its current identity. The formation was established in March 2022 during the first weeks of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It was originally formed as the 68th Separate Jaeger Brigade and later received the honorary name of Oleksa Dovbush.
In 2026, the brigade entered a new organizational stage and became an airmobile formation within Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces. More information about its history, identity and development can be found on the dedicated page about 68 бригада.
Changes in organizational structure do not erase the experience accumulated during previous years. On the contrary, they create a foundation for the next stage of development. Units carry forward practical knowledge, established traditions and leadership experience while adapting them to the standards and requirements of the Air Assault Forces.

Why the NCO Corps Matters
One of the most important elements of an effective military organization is its non-commissioned officer corps. Sergeants work directly with personnel every day. They help translate a commander’s decision into practical action, maintain standards, organize training and monitor the readiness of people, equipment and weapons.
The responsibilities of an NCO depend on the specific appointment. A squad leader works closely with a small group of service members and is responsible for their preparation and discipline. At platoon and company level, senior NCOs coordinate subordinate leaders and support commanders in maintaining training standards and internal organization.
At battalion and brigade level, the senior NCO structure becomes an important part of professional development, communication and the transfer of experience throughout the formation.
A detailed explanation of this system, including the responsibilities of squad leaders, platoon sergeants, company senior NCOs, battalion senior NCOs and brigade-level NCO leadership, is available in the article about 68 ДШВ .

Leadership Is More Than Rank
Military rank and military appointment are related, but they are not the same thing. A rank identifies a service member’s place within the military hierarchy, while an appointment defines the actual position, authority and responsibilities assigned to that person.
This distinction is important because leadership is measured not only by insignia. A professional military leader must be able to organize people, communicate clearly, maintain discipline, identify weaknesses in preparation, support subordinates and report problems before they become serious.
For junior leaders, this often means direct daily work with personnel. For officers and senior NCOs, the scale becomes larger: planning, coordinating subunits, managing resources and ensuring that training is not merely completed on paper but actually improves the unit’s capabilities.

Training as a Continuous Process
Military preparation is most effective when it is treated as a continuous cycle. A unit trains, performs assigned tasks, analyzes experience, identifies weaknesses and returns to training with new information.
This cycle is essential because no training program can permanently reproduce every situation that may occur in real conditions. Experience needs to be collected and converted into updated procedures and lessons for others.
That is also why experienced soldiers and NCOs are important to younger service members. Knowledge transferred inside a unit can help new personnel understand equipment faster, avoid common mistakes and develop the discipline required for professional service.

Different Skills, One Unit
A modern battalion depends on people with very different professional backgrounds. Some positions require physical endurance and tactical preparation. Others require knowledge of electronics, communications, vehicles, unmanned systems, medicine, logistics or information technology.
Civilian experience can therefore remain useful after joining the military. Drivers, mechanics, engineers, IT specialists, medical professionals, electricians and communications technicians may already possess skills that can be developed for a military specialty.
The important question is not whether every service member has the same experience. The important question is how individual abilities can be integrated into the needs of the unit.

Responsibility for People and Equipment
Military readiness involves both personnel and material resources. A prepared unit needs trained people, serviceable weapons, functioning communications, vehicles, supplies and clearly understood procedures.
Responsibility for equipment is therefore not separate from responsibility for people. Poor maintenance can affect the ability of a unit to perform its tasks, just as insufficient training can make even technically advanced equipment less effective.
Professional military culture requires routine checks, maintenance, proper storage, timely reporting of faults and an understanding that equipment must be ready before it is urgently needed.

Communication and Teamwork
Clear communication is another essential element of military effectiveness. Information must move in both directions. Commanders communicate decisions and priorities, while soldiers and NCOs report the real situation, equipment problems, training needs and other factors that may affect the unit.
This feedback is especially important because leaders cannot personally observe every detail at every level. A professional NCO corps helps maintain this link between personnel and command.
Trust is created when responsibilities are clear, information is accurate and people understand that problems should be reported rather than hidden.

Discipline and Professional Standards
Military discipline is sometimes incorrectly understood only as punishment or strict orders. In professional units, discipline is also the habit of doing the necessary things correctly and consistently.
It includes punctuality, maintaining equipment, following safety requirements, respecting procedures, preparing before a task and understanding personal responsibility for the team.
This type of discipline is particularly important during periods of fatigue and high workload. Established procedures reduce unnecessary uncertainty and allow personnel to concentrate on the task at hand.

Career and Professional Development
Military service can also involve professional growth. Soldiers may develop within their existing specialty, move into NCO positions, obtain additional qualifications or prepare for positions with greater responsibility.
Career development depends on many factors, including professional performance, training, available appointments, education and the needs of the Armed Forces. There is therefore no single career path suitable for everyone.
For some service members, development means becoming a stronger technical specialist. For others, it may mean taking responsibility for a squad, platoon or another organizational element.

Why Public Information Matters
Official unit websites and communication channels are important because they allow candidates, families, journalists and the general public to distinguish verified information from anonymous social-media claims.
Public resources can explain the unit’s structure, recruitment process, available specialties, training principles and official contact channels without revealing information that should remain restricted.
For anyone considering military service, verified information is especially important. Questions concerning a position, training process or recruitment procedure should be discussed directly with official representatives rather than based on rumors or unofficial promises.

A Professional Unit Is Built Every Day
The effectiveness of a military formation is not created by one decision, one training course or one individual. It is built every day through preparation, discipline, leadership and cooperation between people with different roles.
Officers plan and make decisions within their authority. NCOs organize, mentor and maintain standards. Soldiers and specialists apply their skills in their assigned roles. Technical and support personnel ensure that the system can continue to operate.
When all of these elements work together, a battalion becomes more than a list of positions. It becomes a coordinated team capable of learning, adapting and performing its responsibilities under difficult conditions.
